At KBEAUTYOUTLETUSA, we want you to love your skincare journey; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Place the unused products in their original packaging and ensure they are safely cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our California fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
